Lapsang Souchong

This aromatic and smoky black tea is the true connoisseur’s choice. Lapsang Souchong is traditionally dried over smouldering pinewood using artisan skills handed down from generation to generation. It is one of China’s most famous black teas although here in the West we tend to love or hate its tarry, pungent flavours.

Serving tips:
Take four minutes of time to achieve perfection. Use one teaspoon per person and add freshly drawn boiling water. Enjoy with or without milk.
