Jasmine Dragon Pearls
Price: £9.95 (80g)The ultimate tea experience – these wonderful hand-rolled pearls of China Fujian green tea produce a moment rich in sensuality. For five nights in succession, the finest green tea buds are laid amongst fresh jasmine flowers so that they can absorb the scent and aroma of the petals. The leaves are then separated and hand-rolled to form tight “pearls” which unfurl in the pot. Observe in amazement and wonder!
Serving tips:
