Lisa has written a number of books on tea and her website Lisa Knows Tea is a must for all tea lovers in the US and beyond.

She was in London researching her latest book which looks at modern tea concepts which is published in early 2014 and she came in to teapod for a chat over a pot of Lapsang Souchong. It was lovely to meet her also learn about the latest tea developments in the States. One of our big priorities for this summer is to increase our iced tea range and Lisa had some great tips for us to follow.
