Orders include VAT where applicable and will be dispatched within three days using Royal Mail first class post in the UK and airmail for European orders.
Charges for speciality loose leaf teas are as follows and will be added at checkout.
UK deliveries:
Up to 200 grams: £2.00
201g to 500g: £2.85
501g to 1000g: £4.20
1001g to 2000g: £8.20
Deliveries to Europe:
Up to 200g: £3.20
201 to 500g: £6.20
501g to 1000g: £8.20
1001g to 2000g: £14.00
Deliveries to the rest of the world (zone one):
Up to 200g: £5.20
2001 to 500g: £8.20
501g to 1000g: £14.00

Damaged or Faulty Goods. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made promptly by email. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your card if we believe the goods are damaged or faulty. Return postage costs will be reimbursed
