Delivery Information
Orders include VAT where applicable and will be dispatched within three days using Royal Mail first class post in the UK and airmail for European orders.
Delivery charges for speciality loose leaf teas are as follows and will be added at checkout.
UK deliveries:
Up to 750 grams: £3.50
701g to 1000g: £5.00
1001g to 2000g: £9.00
Deliveries to Europe:
Up to 200g: £3.60
201 to 500g: £6.20
501g to 1000g: £8.50
1001g to 2000g: £14.00
Deliveries to the rest of the world (zone one):
Up to 200g: £5.20
2001 to 500g: £8.50
501g to 1000g: £15.00
1001g to 2000g: £27.00
Damaged or Faulty Goods. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made promptly by email. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your card if we believe the goods are damaged or faulty. Return postage costs will be reimbursed

All orders made on the website indicate an invitation to treat. Orders will only become accepted offers once payment has been processed. You have a right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days provided that your goods have not been dispatched.
